Santa Catalina I is the complete reinvention of a third-floor apartment in Palma, redesigned to combine Mediterranean warmth with Scandinavian clarity. The 132 m² space includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area that opens onto a planted terrace with native vegetation. Natural light and airflow guide the layout, while a full smart home system manages lighting, climate, and sound for maximum comfort and efficiency. 

Locally sourced stone such as Gris Zarzi and Marfil Crema features in kitchens and bathrooms, while brushed native wood flooring brings warmth and resilience. The design incorporates acoustic control, thermal performance, and adaptive lighting with careful precision, resulting in a quiet and energy-effective environment. Every detail supports a calm, tactile living experience rooted in local materiality, island climate, and contemporary comfort.
